REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Checkboxes sheet for Attestation of Nationality to download, tick, date and sign;
- Letter of application;
- Original Birth Certificate;
- Original Passport;
- Original Cameroon National Identity Card (if available, even expired);
- Both sides colour copy of the Residence Card of the country of residence;
- 3,500 yen for English and Japanese ; 500 yen for English only.

Fees to be enclosed with the whole set of documents in a big envelope by genkinkakitome from the Post Office.
A prepaid envelope LETTER PACK for returning your documents, with your address already filled.
For residents abroad
About fees:
The Embassy accepts JPY only.
Those who have acquaintance in Japan may ask them for the payment to the Embassy.
About returning fees:
EMS fees from Japan to Australia and New-Zealand: 3,150 JPY
(rate can be changed anytime. Please refer to the website of the Post)
DHL approximate fees from Japan to: Australia and New-Zealand: 16,000JPY
(rate can be changed anytime. Please refer to the website of the DHL).
If you already have an account number especially for collect account (Payer Account Number), don’t forget to mention it on your DHL airway bill.
