• No appointment for application.  Those who came will be not received.
• The Embassy accepts documents and fees by postal mail only.
• Send the set of documents and fees in a big envelope by “genkinkakitome” (registered mail for sending cash) from the Post Office.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Checkboxes sheet for Consular Card to download to tick, date and sign;
• Application form for  Consular Card  to  download,  duly completed and signed;
• A handwritten application letter (containing names, address and contacts of the applicant);
• 01 ID photo (without cutting) ;
• Original Birth Certificate ;
• Original Passport ;
• Original CNI (National Identity Card) even expired, if available ;
• Original Residence Card (Japanese Residence Card);
• Invoice (telephone, electricity, etc.) within three months with your name and address mentioned, as proof of address, if available ;
• Proof of employment (salary payment document, company card, etc.) if available;
• Fee of 4,000 yen ;
• In case you just applying for the Consular Card, without the passport enrolment, a Letter Pack envelope (blue or red) for returning originals and the Consular Card to you.
