In the event of the death of a Cameroonian in Japan (and country of jurisdiction), persons responsible for the repatriation of the mortal remains are required to provide a Certificate of Transport issued by the Embassy of Cameroon in Tokyo.
Required documents are as follows:
1. Request addressed to the Ambassador;
2. Original (if available) or photocopy of deceased’s passport;
3. Original (if available) or photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the deceased;
4. Original (if available) or photocopy of the Death Certificate from the competent authority;
5. Its translation into English or French of the said if it is in foreign language.
